📥 Inbox
View conversations — All incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages appear here in real time.
Send messages — Type in the box at the bottom and press Enter or click Send.
Send templates — Click the 📋 icon to send an approved template to a contact.
Search — Use the search bar to find conversations by name or phone number.
Message ticks — ✓ Sent, ✓✓ Delivered, blue ✓✓ Read by recipient.
💡 New messages auto-appear every few seconds. You'll hear a sound when a new message arrives.
📋 Templates
Create template — Click + New Template, fill in Header, Body, Footer and Buttons.
Approval — Templates are reviewed by Meta. This takes 0–24 hours. Only APPROVED templates can be sent.
Template types — Marketing (promotions), Utility (confirmations), Authentication (OTPs).
Quick send — Click Send button on any approved template to send it directly to a contact.
💡 Use variables like {{1}} in the body to personalize messages with contact names.
📣 Campaigns
Create campaign — Click + New Campaign, choose a template and select recipients.
Add recipients — Select from saved contacts or upload a CSV file.
CSV format — Your CSV must have columns: phone, name (optional), tag (optional).
Track results — View Sent, Delivered, Failed and Success % for each campaign.
💡 Only APPROVED templates can be used in campaigns. Failed sends are usually due to invalid phone numbers.
👥 Contacts
Add contact — Click + Add Contact and enter phone number with country code (e.g. 919876543210).
Import CSV — Upload a CSV file with phone, name, tag columns to bulk import contacts.
Tags — Use tags like Lead, Customer, VIP to organize and filter contacts.
Message contact — Click Message button next to any contact to open their chat.
💡 Phone numbers must include country code without + symbol. India: 91XXXXXXXXXX
📊 Analytics
Messages Sent — Total outbound messages sent from your account.
Messages Received — Total inbound messages from your customers.
Weekly chart — Visual breakdown of messages sent and received each day this week.
Message types — Donut chart showing breakdown of Text vs Templates vs Media messages.
💡 Analytics data updates in real time based on your actual message history.
⚙️ Settings
Profile — View your account name, email and WABA ID.
Webhook URL — Connect Make.com or Zapier to automate workflows when messages arrive.
Copy WABA ID — Click Copy button to copy your WhatsApp Business Account ID.
💡 Use the Webhook URL to connect with CRMs, Google Sheets or any automation tool.
