4. Data we handle for our clients
When we run campaigns, WhatsApp automation (Adwix Connect) or a CRM (Adwix Atlas) for a client, we process their leads’ and customers’ data, such as names, phone numbers, enquiry details and booking status, only on the client’s instructions and for the client’s purposes. Leads submitted through Meta Instant Forms, Google lead forms or WhatsApp are governed by the client’s own privacy policy and by the platform’s terms. If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to access or delete your data, contact that business. You can also ask us to delete it and we will help.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and to understand how it is used:
- Essential: security, caching and load balancing (for example, Cloudflare and our hosting provider).
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, to see which pages are useful.
- Advertising: Meta Pixel, to measure our own ads and show relevant ads to people who visited our site.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on, and control Meta ads in your Facebook ad preferences. Blocking some cookies may affect how the site works.
6. Who we share personal data with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

- Hosting and infrastructure: Hostinger (website hosting) and Cloudflare (security and content delivery).
- Business tools: email, accounting, CRM and document tools we use to serve you.
- Authorities, where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Some of our service providers store data on servers outside India, for example in the United States, Europe or Singapore. We transfer data only as permitted under Indian law, and we choose providers with strong security practices.
8. How long we keep your data
